01. Initial Consultation (Free)
A free call to learn about your business, your customers and the features your website needs.
02. Project Scope and Proposal
We send a clear proposal covering goals, deliverables, timeline and cost, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
03. Design Discovery
We research your industry, competitors and current design trends to find the look that fits your brand.
04. Wireframes and Prototyping
We map out your site’s layout and navigation with wireframes and prototypes, so you can see the structure before design begins.
05. Design Mockups
We design mockups of your pages, showing colours, fonts, imagery and overall style.
06. Client Feedback and Revisions
You review the mockups and we revise them until they match your vision.
07. Final Design Approval
Once you’re completely happy with the mockups, we finalize the design so every page looks and feels consistent.
08. Website Development
We build your site in WordPress in a private development environment and send you a preview link once most of it is ready.
09. Content Integration
If needed, we add your text, images, video and other media. Content creation or migration is priced separately.
10. User Testing
We test the site for usability issues and bugs before it goes live.
11. Launch and Deployment (Priced Separately)
Hosting starts at $30/month (Hosting Only), or $49/month with care included (Essential). We can also work with your chosen host or help you pick one. Deployment cost depends on your hosting needs.
12. Post-Launch Support (Priced Separately)
Ongoing support and maintenance are available, priced to your specific needs.
13. Training and Documentation (Priced Separately)
We can train your team to manage and update the site, and maintenance documentation is available for an additional fee.
14. Timeline and Delivery
Timelines depend on complexity, revisions and development. The design phase typically takes 2–12 weeks.

How much does a website cost?
Our packages start at $1,600 CAD (Essential), with Standard at $3,200 and Premium at $5,600. Custom projects are $99–150/hr. Prices are plus HST, and you can split any plan into two monthly payments.
How long does it take to build a website?
The design phase usually takes 2–12 weeks, depending on the size of the site and the number of revisions.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress, so you can update your own content after launch. We can also train your team.
Is hosting included?
Hosting and ongoing care are separate, on our WordPress Care Plans. Hosting starts at $30/month (Hosting Only), or $49/month with care included (Essential). We can also work with your own host.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every plan includes mobile-responsive design.
Do you help with SEO?
Every plan includes on-page SEO basics. Standard adds keyword research, and Premium includes a full SEO strategy.
